Friday 24th May was a beautiful Dublin spring / summer evening beside the River Liffey. Air France / KLM / Delta / Alitalia held their Annual Summer Trade Appreciation Party in the Harbourmaster with Dublin agents from all parts of the city in attendance.

Welcoming all attendees Siobhan Scanlon, Head of Sales – Ireland, brought the latest news and developments from the Group, including Alitalia and CityJet.
“Starting with Air France KLM, this summer Air France launched new services to Kuala Lumpur, Montevideo and Minneapolis and KLM has commenced new services to Fukuoka in Japan and Allesund in Norway,” said Siobhan. “Customers can easily connect to Air France destinations from Dublin via our Paris CDG hub and to KLM destinations from Dublin and Cork via our Schiphol Amsterdam hub. We have also recently commenced our great ‘Wild on Wednesday’ fare promotions – where every Wednesday we announce a really fantastic discounted fare to one specific destination.
“On the Delta side – on 11th May we resumed daily seasonal service from Shannon to New York and Delta is also increasing capacity from Dublin by adding an additional DUB – JFK flight three times weekly during peak season to complement our existing daily JFK and Atlanta service.

“In June CityJet will be launching a new weekly seasonal service from Dublin to Brest and Alitalia has just launched a new service from London City to Rome.”
